Rasha is a Talent -& Business Developer, Marketing consultant and certified coach.
A German School Graduate with a blend of coaching experience and corporate expertise of 25 years in Business Development, Marketing, Customer experience, Process optimization and Aviation.
Being a part of & leading teams through Change Management, Digitalization Processes and Team building, she mainly fosters Diversity, Inclusion and Cultural compatibilities.
In her current role as Corporate Accounts Manager at LCE, she is responsible for managing and developing operational excellence and strategic relationships with the key clients.
She held the position of Senior Manager of Business Development and B2B marketing for Middle-/Near East, North & West Africa and Turkey at Lufthansa Group of Airlines, as well as managing Customer Experience and Digitalization projects in AMEX and DEO – German School in Dokki. During the Pandemic, she joined selected SMEs and Startups in their launching and business intro phase through this exceptional challenging environment.
Privileged by joining inspiring teams in Germany, EU, Middle East beside Egypt, she contributed to successful international Corporate Training and Leadership development programs.
Rasha holds the certificate of Wisdom Integrated Coaching fundamentals (LCE), Mini MBA (German Chamber of Commerce), as well as the LH Leadership Diploma by Lufthansa Group of Business, in Communication excellence, Conflict Management, Displaying Confidence, I-lead certificate & Personality Types & Strengths analysis.
Driven by People and Business growth, she aims at Quality, Compliance and Sustainability, while enabling competences to reach beyond their own potential on the corporate scale or individually.
She is a believer in the power of trial and error, and the magic of mini sustainable steps.
Apart of that, she is a creative cook, who loves sports, traveling, photography, food tasting and everything about the sea.
